BREAKING: Rotimi Amaechi Attacked in Spain
Whiskers after he was attacked by certain individuals in Spain.
The Minister announced this via twitter earlier today. He wrote;
“Some minutes ago, I was attacked by a few misguided Nigerians
while on national assignment at a climate change event in Madrid,
Spain.”
“They were quickly repelled by the Spanish police before they could
do any harm. I am fine. I was not hurt. Thanks for your support &
prayers.”
There are suspicions that the attackers could be members of the
Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB as they vowed to attack Nigerian
Public Officers whenever they are abroad.
The group made headlines after they assaulted Former Deputy
Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu a few months ago.
